NOTE: IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO ENROLL IF YOU WISH TO ORDER COURSES. WE DO RECOMMEND THAT YOU ENROLL AS A NON-DEGREE STUDENT AT NO CHARGE IF YOU WISH TO BE ASSIGNED A FACULTY ADVISOR TO ASSIST YOU. YOU MAY TRANSFER OVER TO A DEGREE OR CERTIFICATION STATUS AT ANY TIME.

Application to either the Non-Degreed Adult Education Program or the Certification and Degree Programs need only be made once.

If you are enrolling in a self-study course, the home study enrollment form must accompany the appropriate CMS application and fees

______Copy of notarized certificates of completion for seminars, workshops and courses attended. Have the number of hours of class time listed on each. (If you prefer, you can include a notarized cover sheet listing the seminar/workshop/course title and actual clock hours.)
