The College Inner Awareness, Metaphysical and Spiritual Studies (CMS) is a tax exempt, not-for-profit 501C3 Corporation. The New Awareness Ministries, International (NAMI), and the Temple of Light (TOL) are tax exempt, not-for-profit corporations organized under Chapter 617, Florida Statutes in 1986. All are organized as religious/spiritual and educational corporations. The state of Florida has also issued a tax exemption pursuant to chapter 212, Florida statues. The tax certificate number is 85-8013965541C-9.
